Tax Organizers

Our tax organizers are designed to assist you with gathering information that is needed to prepare your tax return.

The goal is to not overlook anything so you can maximize your legal deductions, comply with government reporting requirements, and avoid problems with the IRS after the return is filed. The organizers posted below are for the current tax year, although they can be used for previous years as well. After selecting the organizer that best fits your situation, it can be downloaded to your computer where you can fill in and save the organizer until you have completed collecting all of your information. After you have completed the organizer, you can submit it via email or print it and bring to your appointment.

2025 Basic Organizer – This organizer is suitable for clients that are not itemizing their deductions and DO NOT have rental property or self-employment expenses.

2025 Basic Organizer plus Itemized Deductions – This organizer is suitable for clients that are itemizing their deductions and DO NOT have rental property or self-employment expenses.

2025 Full Organizer –  This organizer includes the information included in the basic organizer, plus entries for itemized deductions, rental properties and self-employment expenses.

2025 Business Organizer – Use this organizer for partnerships and incorporated business entities.

2024 Prior Year Individual Organizer - If you are filing your 2024 return late, please use this organizer.
